Damaged item

Please email me as soon as possible (within 14 days). in most cases I will issue a replacement or refund.

Lost Item

All packages are sent using Royal Mail tracked delivery service so please check the tracking service. if the product hasn't arrived after 7 days please email me to resolve the issue

Unhappy

If you are simply unhappy with your purchase. Please email me within 14 days and I will aim to resolve the issue. A refund, minus shipping costs, will be offered upon safe return of the item.
